Houston Namadwaar & Global Organization for Divinity (G.O.D.)’s annual Srimad Bhagavata Utsav was held this December from 24th to 30th, 2018 at New Life Plaza in Manvel, Texas. It was a joyful celebration of the Lord filled with Kirtanam (singing the glories of the Lord) and Shravanam (listening to the stories of the Lord), conducted with the blessings of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji.
Sri Guruji Jayanthi and Deepavali were celebrated in a grand manner in Houston from November 6-11 2018.

Deepavali was celebrated at Houston Namadwaar in the presence of Sri Madhuri Sakhi sameta Premika Varadan. Deepams (that had been painted earlier by Gopa Kuteeram kids) were lit and arranged all around Bhagavan. Kirtans were sung to glorify Him with prayers to bring the Light of His Grace into our lives.
With the inspiration and blessings of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji, Houston GOD satsang presented a very grand display of Lord Sri Krishna’s birth during the annual Janmashtami Celebrations organized by Hindus of Greater Houston on Aug 25th 2018.
By the grace of Sri Swamiji and Thakurji, Vamana Jayanthi was celebrated at Namadwaar on Friday, August 24th 2018 from 8am to 10am. A very beautiful POOKOLAM ( rangoli of flowers) was laid in front of the lord. Sri Premika Varadhan was beautifully dressed as Vamana Moorthy
With the abundant blessings of the Divine, Thiru-aadipooram was celebrated at Smt. Srividhya ji and Shri. Shyamkumarji’s residence at Cypress on Sunday Aug 12th 2018. The satsang started with the pravachan by Shri. Ramaswamyji on the greatness of Andal Nachiyaar and how she did bhakti to attain Rangamannar at the tender age of 5. Shri. Madhuri sakhi, decorated as Shri Andal, was taken in in a procession amidst devotees chanting Thiruppavai.
By the unbounded compassion of Sri Swamiji, HH Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji, Houston GOD Satsang celebrated Guru Poornima on Friday, July 27th 2018 at Namadwaar in a grand fashion.The day started early at 6 am in Namadwaar, with a divine “Punar Bhoomi Pooja” blessed by Sri Swamiji, for the construction of a new temple building within the premises. Sri Ramaswamy ji laid the bricks handwritten with the Mahamantra, and conducted the pooja to invoke the blessings of the Lord on the auspicious day of Guru Poornima.
